The Show Sauna

Dry sauna affects all senses. During the sauna show that take place in it, the saunamaster pours stones with water mixed with essential oils. By sweeping the towel or the fan, heat and moisture are distributed, which increases the effectiveness of the session. A stay which lasts several minutes is a form of wellness that has a beneficial effect on our body and spirit. Warmth which is stimulating the skin affect physical relaxation and aesthetic sensations, fragrance compositions and music increase the sense of relaxation. This treatment is great for the body, reducing fatigue, nervousness and anxiety. During the stay in the sauna, the body is cleansed of harmful metabolism products and toxins. The skin temperature increases to 40 degrees Celsius, which results in vasodilation, improvement of blood supply, skin firming and reduction of muscle and joint pains. The frequency of breaths increases, which significantly improves lung ventilation.

Turkish Hammam

A Turkish bath, where are ideal conditions, especially for people who would like to avoid extreme temperatures or are looking for deep relaxation. The heat emitted by the granite table penetrates into the deepest parts of the muscles, improving the blood supply to the body in a special way. An important element of the sauna session is cooling the body with cold showers to prevent from overheating. The Salt Chamber + Infrared Sauna

A Salt chamber with an infrared sauna inside - a room where you can inhale in a sprayed salt environment. Room temperature prevails there, so it is an alternative for people who do not want or cannot use the sauna. However, the walls of the sauna have built-in infrared emitters with switches on both sides of the room. They run the infrared sauna.
Infraterotherapy has the effect on:

Ganbanyok - The Japanese Sauna

During the session in the Japanese sauna, metabolism is accelerated and the body is detoxified at many levels without speeding up the heart rhythm. The Fire Sauna

Indications and contraindications for this sauna are the same as for others dry saunas. From Friday to Sunday, at 21:45 a sauna show is held in here. Such a session is a big challenge for the body, therefore it is recommended to wear a special cap (e.g. felt) for sauna. It lasts up to several minutes.

The Resting Room

A room with a green wall which has anti-depressant effects. This is a part of the zone where you can relax and unwind after an earlier visit in the sauna. In addition, relaxation provides calm music introducing customers to blissful peace and quiet. Everyday after the sauna show at 20:15 a little snack is waiting for you here.

Swimming pool

Zewnętrzy basen otoczony przestrzenią do wypoczywania z leżakami oraz zielenią.
Basen ma podgrzewaną wodę o temp. między 28, a 31 st.C., jest wyposażony w hydromasaż oraz bicze wodne (włączane przyciskiem), a jego wymiary to 5 x 10 m.
Jest to świetne miejsce na łagodne schłodzenie się po pobycie w saunie, ale też na poradzenie sobie z gorącem w upalny letni dzień.

Na basenie panuje strefa tekstylna w godzinach 16 – 19,
od 19 do 23 basen jest strefą beztekstylną.

Icefall

The music during this show is often louder and more entertaining, but there are also calm and atmospheric ones as well.

UEssential oils: menthol and sometimes other essential oil selected by the saunamaster to obtain pleasant fragrance compositions
Characteristic: The last ceremony of a day with the main scent of menthol, which has a refreshing and cleansing effect on the airways and sinuses. The temperature is balanced, however, you may feel chill caused by the properties of menthol. The saunamaster performs about 3 stove glazes. It is a ritual carried out usually by one, sometimes two saunamasters simultaneously or alternately. Towels, fans or leaves are used to distribute hot air in the sauna. Usually, the music during this session is calm and relaxing.

Special events

Ladies Night

Once in a month - at first or second Monday our place turns into a temple of women. From 9pm only ladies are invited, for whom attractions such as the oil and ice massage sauna rituals, face and hair masks are prepared. Sweet treats and snacks await. Each time there is a lead theme of this event.

Chillout Mondays

After an intensive weekend, we invite you to chillout Mondays. Music during the shows is calm, relaxing. After the show at 20:15, we invite you for a snack.

Hot & Fun

At Thursday we want to introduce a chosen singer or some kindtype of music. Videos about a given artist or music videos are displayed in the sauna, and the sauna show is led by the saunamaster to the rhythm of this music.
